About the Role
Diversified Transfer & Storage (DTS) is hiring an experienced Reefer Dispatcher Support person to join our Billings transportation team. This is a full-time in-office dispatch and logistics coordination role supporting our over-the-road operations. No CDL required.
As Dispatch Support, you will manage daily communication with drivers and customers to ensure temperature controlled and general freight shipments move safely and efficiently. You will also track routes, schedules, and performance data to support fleet operations across multiple states.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch temperature-controlled food and general freight shipments from our customers and our cold storage facilities
- Plan and optimize routes for over the road drivers to ensure on time and efficient deliveries
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues in real time
- Manage driver schedules, load documentation, and delivery assignments
- Monitor freight status and ensure compliance with food safety and DOT regulations
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, equipment status, and performance metrics
- Review performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
