Full job description
We are seeking an on-site proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technician with a knack for social media marketing to support our IT department in day-to-day technical operations and social media management. The IT Technician will help maintain the organization’s hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, manage/create social media posts, and assist users with technical problems to ensure seamless IT and social media delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Social media management and graphic design related tasks.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Set up new user accounts and manage permissions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support
- Demonstrable skills in social media management
- Graphic design expertise
- Real-life work experience in both IT and social media
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
