Job description
Diversified Truck Leasing has an immediate opening for an Service Support Specialist at our Billings, Montana location. We would prefer this team member to have a *strong background in the automotive industry.*

Salary: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Negotiable– 4 – 10’s or 5 days a week /will include Weekends

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
You will be Responsible for scanning and filing all required documents from DTL Maintenance, to include, but not limited to invoice tracking, repair requests and orders, including, but not limited to, invoicing, accounting, maintenance re-billing, and IFTA. Other tasks as assigned by DTL General Manager.
Your full time roll will include providing a full range of office duties to include:
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation
- Technician Scheduling
- Checking in Equipment
- Work order processing.
- Purchasing parts/parts runner
- Open and Close Work Orders
- Customer Service
- Data Entry
- Inventory Management
- Other duties as requested
This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills and basic office experience. You need to be self-directed and excel in organizational and problem solving skills. This position includes weekends. Shift is negotiable; you could work 4 – 10 hour days, or 5 days per week – 8 hour shifts, but will include Saturday & Sunday.
