Job Summary
DTS is hiring a Reefer Dispatch Trainee located in our Billings MT office. Job functions will include routing for on-time pickup and delivery of temperature sensitive LTL freight. Creating and maintaining great relationships with our customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Detail Oriented: A successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong computer skills
- Able to read a map
- Good Math skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and fellow employees
Qualifications & Compensation
- Experience: Experience in trucking dispatch is preferred
- Salary: $24-$26 per hour (depending on experience) plus bonus incentives and growth opportunity.
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
