DTS has an immediate opening for a Reefer Broker/Logistics Specialist at our Aurora, CO Terminal. We prefer for this team member to have a strong background in Transportation Logistics, able to analyze and develop contractual commitments, customer specifications, and other data to plan transportation activities and sales efforts.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 DOE / Plus Commission and Bonuses!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building customer relationships
• Negotiating rates that are comparable and profitable

Qualifications include:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, and Outlook
• General math skills
• Attention to detail, organization
• Data entry skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to maintain professionalism when working with a difficult situation.
