We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Recruitment & Retention Manager/Assistant Safety Director role at our headquarters in Billings, Montana.
The pay range for this position is $55,000-$70,000 plus incentives.
About the Role:
In this dual-role position, your primary focus will be enhancing our recruitment and retention efforts while supporting our safety initiatives. You will lead strategies to attract and retain the best safety-conscious drivers in the industry and assist in developing and implementing safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates, ensuring a safe, diverse, and talented workforce.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to create recruiting content.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring processes.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to a safety and continuous improvement culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong trucking background with a comprehensive understanding of FMCSA regulations.
- A Class A commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Proven experience in trucking, transportation recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong recruiting and retention skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.
