DTS has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Billings MT Terminal. This position will provide clear and precise information to the customer and the DTS Load Planner (Dispatcher Level III); resolving any problems by being empathetic to the customer, while acting in the best interest of DTS.

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Experience:

• Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
