We have an immediate opening for a Billing/Invoice Specialist at our Billings MT Terminal. This position requires a strong background in ACCURATE DATA ENTRY.

Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Our Billing/Invoicing Specialist are accountable for creating invoices, credit and/or re-bill and issuing to our customers. You must be proficient in clerical and data entry work including the use of Word, Excel and company software.
Experience in Transportation A/P will be an asset! Our successful candidate will be proficient in problem solving and multi-tasking with strong communication and team building skills. Successful candidates must have a passion for numbers!
Responsible for scanning all required documents from driver envelopes for Freight Billing and Driver Payroll, including Bill of Ladings, Proof of Deliveries, Lumper Receipts, Manifests, and related information.
The successful candidate must be able to *multi-task efficiently* and able to work well with others.
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
