PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good health with signed D.O.T. Medical Long Form
DRIVING RECORD: An MVR with minimal number of citations, NO D.U.I.'s
As part of our consideration of your application, the DOT requires us to investigate your employment background. As part of this investigation, we may obtain consumer reports about you from DAC Services and/or other agencies. DAC is a consumer reporting agency. By submitting this application you are authorizing Diversified Transfer and Storage to perform the background checks we deem necessary in considering your application for employment.
